Qlik Cloud – Upcoming Scheduled Maintenance for Americas (May 9) and Europe (May 11)

Impact to Americas and Europe regions

For Qlik Cloud tenants hosted in the below regions, planned maintenance is scheduled to start:

• Americas (US): Monday, May 9, 2022, at 1:00am EST / 10:00pm PST
• Europe (EU): Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at 22:00 CET

For tenants hosted in the Americas and Europe region no scheduled reloads, reports or automations will run during this window.  Following the maintenance window, these events will occur at their next scheduled time.

During this time, users will still be able to log into Qlik Cloud and access their applications.

How do I know if I will be affected?

• If your tenant is hosted in the Americas (US) or Europe (EU), your tenant URL will follow the format: 
• https://your-tenant.us.qlikcloud.com
• https://your-tenant.eu.qlikcloud.com
• Tenants in all other regions will not be affected.

To answer your question regarding hybrid deployments: They will have a similar experience as anyone accessing Cloud, though the outage should be brief.
