Xero has announced the deprecation of several Accounting API objects, effective 28th of April 2026. These changes will impact existing Qlik Talend Cloud and Qlik Stitch Xero connectors. What exactly is changing? To support customers ahead of the deprecation date, Qlik plans two minor connector releases: 26 March 2026 This update introduced intentional failures designed to prompt you to take action before the endpoint is removed: Connections that have Employees, Expense Claims, or Receipts selected will begin to fail post-sync To minimize disruption and inbox noise, failures will occur no more than once per week per connection 27 April 2026 All references to the Employees, Expense Claims, and Receipts endpoints will be fully removed from the connector. An update deployed to Qlik Cloud Analytics on January 14th,  2026, impacted the creation and scheduling of end user subscriptions (see Scheduling reports with subscriptions). Any selections made (to reduce the distributed data set) before creating the subscription were not properly saved. As a result, the subscriptions are executed without any filters applied. The upgrade has since then been reverted (January 19th). This does not impact in-app reporting for traditional burst tasks as documented in In-app reporting with Qlik Cloud Analytics. What action do I need to take? Users who created subscriptions during this period (January 14th to 19th) should review their subscriptions and the selections that are stored for the subscription. If the desired data selections are not in place, then the user should remove the current subscription and add a new subscription with the desired selections in place. To verify if a subscription has selections: Click the navigation menu (waffle menu) Go to Analytics Go to Subscriptions Select the subscription In the Details tab, locate the Data field and review the subscription’s Selections For more information on this feature, seeScheduling reports with subscriptions.
