Installation problem (always rolls back)

Every time I try to install Qlik Sense the script appears to get right to the end and then rolls back. My IT guys get the same error even with full admin rights. I've attached the logs to this post, can someone please assist in identifying the problem?

for me, "Run as administrator" did work.

I also clear all files in C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Local\Temp & C:\ProgramData\ & program folders.

then click "Run as administrator" and it finally suceeded.

of course you need to have administrator rightes to install software.

Could you detail the point number 3 of your explanation. (the old path of Personnal was : %USERPROFILE%\Documents)

I tried with the paths : %PUBLIC%\Documents or C:

Unfortunately it still does'nt work for me..

I changed the Personal entry to local path . But still the same error .

Anyone able to fix this? I tried the regedit but no luck. My user is having full admin rights on the server. It's failing with error "Unable to install MSI package"
