License and Operation Monitoring Apps Error - Http protocol error 401 Unauthorized

Monitoring App reload fails with:

HTTP protocol error 401 (Unauthorized):
Requested resource requires authentication.

The error happens both in load task and manual from the App.

No changes were made to Data conections, everything is default.

And, in Virtual Proxies were added as Values: 
-Ip Address,
-localhost, and
-Server's name

I tried investigating various methods, but with the same result. If there is more concise aswer, I will be very grateful.

Hi @Annie4 ,

I just went to the required data connections in QMC and updated the passwords for the service account and it fixed my issue.
