Creating an account

Hello, I'm Andrew an employee at Sybyl limited(computer point), I tried creating an account on the partner portal https://qlik.ziftone.com/#/page/LoginHome but the system is unable to validate me. The image below shows the error it gives me 

Kindly guide me on the reasons why I'm unable to create an account, and how I can create it... Because we are going to use this portal on Monday .... Kindly guide me! Thanks
