Environment:

• June 2019 NPrinting and later versions

 

Resolution:

Best Practice: 

• Do not change column positions or hide sheets or perform any action that will change the default structure of the sheet
• Note: Best practices should be applied for any NPrinting recipient import xlsx files regardless of NPrinting Version
• Do NOT use older import files with June 2019 and later as the columns have been updated to accommodate the alternate email feature.3

NOTE:  The Recipient Import file has changed as of April 2020 NPrinting Release. Please download the most recent recipient import file if you experience import issues after upgrading NPrinting Server.
