Hi,
This is well documented on the official help site https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/June2018/Content/DeployingQVNprinting/NPrinting-with-Sense.htm
Before to ask a question in the community please check if it is already documented in the help site.
Best Regards,
Ruggero

I have pretty much given you a screenshot of all what you need to have in one of your previous questions:
Is the below scenario a security breach of qlik sense?
I agree with Ruggero - please do not post questions which are well documented, available on official help website and also available via Qlik youtube channel.
Connect Qlik NPrinting to Qlik Sense and publish to Hub - Qlik NPrinting - YouTube
Did you type in your question in Google search once? If you would look what pops up:
And if this is not enough then please write more detailed question so we can understand which part of this you are struggling with.
cheers

and by the way.
If you have never done any work in NPrinting before - get a proper training first.
You do not create connections from Designer - you create them in an admin console and then you point to connection when importing objects in template editor.
