Hi All,

With help of "NPrinting import recipients", I was able to import recipients with their filters to NPrinting environtment from excel automatically.

In Report task level, I can not do any automation.

The changes in excel also not reflecting in distribution.

How to do this in NPriniting??Is it possible??

If you want to automate the update of recipients you have to create import recipients task. Run it before your report task it will update your recipients details like name, filters etc.

Is it possible to assign imported recipients from excel to "Reload Task" automatically.???

Yes check this link, it has the procedure to create the task and run it before generating the report.

You just add the group to task manually and add any new recipient to excel in the same group. The new recipient will be added automatically once you run your import task.

Please note : You have to add new groups manually in the task.

Thanks All.

I want to add two recipients in "To " field.  But I am not able to do this. 

If i try to add two recipients in "To" Field, the report is getting delivered to the first recipient alone.

Is it Possible???

Hi Nivetha,

If you are adding more than one e-mail address to a recipient you should add them as a comma or semicolon separated list. You can also make use of the NotificationsCC & NotificationsBCC fields if you wish.

You can also enter a comma or semicolon separated list of e-mail addresses in the "To" field in the Log settings window.
