My company buy Qlik Licenses from third party with one year local vendor AMC. Now AMC with vendor expired and QMC showing LEF expired message, we haven't any Qlik account from which we request LEF active or download?
What is the procedure of getting LEF expired to Active? and what is the link between AMC & LEF ?
Hi @NaumanShafeeq,
In addition to Lucas's point, suggest that you use the Qlik Manual LEF Checker to verify what the most current LEF is for your license. Check to see if this license has a definite end date by reviewing the LEF against information in article How to check Product Support/Maintenance Contract End date (Legacy LEF license) .
If the most current LEF has a supported to date that's still valid, you may just need to click the Update License From Server button in QMC > System > Licenses > QlikView Server > QlikView Server License tab. Refer to article How To Update Or Apply License To QlikView Server.
If you have further questions regarding your license, suggest that you reach out to Qlik Customer Support.
Best Regards
You get your Qlik Licenses from the vendor correct? In that case you need contact the local vendor you received the license from to get a valid license.
