Why Pivot table and Straight table are considers a chart?

I know mybe it is not the most Tecnical question that we are use to read and answer.

But i really wonder myself why QV "hidde" the "Straight table" and "pivot table" in Charts and even why it is consider a Chart?

In a the QV interview question

QlikView Interview Questions

What are the 6 chart types available in QlikView?

the correct Answer is :  Bar Chart, Pie Chart, Line Chart, Gauge Chart, Pivot table, Straight table.

But i would never said "Pivot table, Straight table"

Does anybody knows what this 2 tables are considers Charts ?

It is somehow answered in QlikView help:

Charts are graphical representations of numerical data. The pivot table and the straight table are special cases as they display the data in table form while retaining all the properties of a chart

I am not a linguist nor an english native speaker, but it seems 'chart' is indeed not a wrong label here:

I guess he is confused, because Table Box is a separate object, while Pivot / Straight Table are charts.

Then sentence form help (about shared properties) makes sense

Yes but Table Box is only a selection of fields in all possible permutations based on the selections while Straight Table and Pivot Table contains expressions that govern which dimensions are visibel.

Also every chart (be it linear graph, pie, gauge or whatever) can be converted to a straight table that is the base for all graphs data wise.
