Hello Qlik Users!

To say, “What a year it has been!” is an understatement. Despite the circumstances, Qlik Support persevered to bring you more content and a better experience.

You may recall that earlier this year, a team was created to dedicate their time to the digital experience. We focused on disseminating information through content creation and blogs as well as consolidating the platforms and creating a better user experience.

Here are just some of our accomplishments for the year:

  • Created step-by-step installation and upgrade guides for Qlik Sense and QlikView
  • Produced 100 Qlik Fix videos
  • New Support Programs landing page
  • Hosted 21 Qlik Support Webinars
  • Updated articles and started migrating content from the Support Portal to Qlik Community
  • Wrote over 150 Support Update Blogs
  • Over 1200 new articles created by the Qlik Global Support team
  • Reached 13,500 monthly subscribers to Support Techspert Thursday
