For continuous improvement to our Qlik Cloud platform, planned maintenance has been scheduled for next week. The maintenance windows will occur per region, during nighttime hours.

  • For Qlik Cloud tenants hosted in the Sydney region:
    • Planned maintenance is scheduled to start March 27, 2023 at 23:00 AEDT and last approximately 2 hours.

 

  • For Qlik Cloud tenants hosted in the Europe region:
    • Planned maintenance is scheduled to start March 29, 2023 at 22:00 CET and last approximately 2 hours.

 

  • For Qlik Cloud tenants hosted in the Americas region:
    • Planned maintenance is scheduled to start March 30, 2023 at 02:00 EDT and last approximately 2 hours

 

Please note tenants hosted in the Singapore region will not be affected during this maintenance period.

 

During these maintenance windows, you may continue to access your Qlik Cloud Tenant. However, some functions within Qlik Cloud may be limited. Users may experience:

  • Inability to open applications
  • Loading errors for the Analytics hub
  • Accessibility issues with newly created tenants
  • Potential failed reloads

Full access to Qlik Cloud will resume following the end of each region’s maintenance window.
