Hello @milton_forte

so did you try the specified entry "Allow20715=1" in your settings.ini?

As you can see QV 11.20SR21 and above have this switch. If I remember right there where some QV versions that didn't allow this switch.

So which version do you use?

We use QV12.60SR2 with this switch so "Launch" and "OpenURL" will work. I don't think for our enviromnent with have a big security risk. QV is only useable within our intranet and dashboards are only published, when they are reviewed by our QV-Team.

Something that's not mentioned: Even if you have hyperlinks in a chart or a table they will not work, if you don't do "Allow20715=1" (it's in the discussion of the mentioned support article.

Kind regards

Peter

Hi @milton_forte

that sounds strange. I would check it for myself with version 12.70, but at the moment my testsystem is „broken“.

It‘s very kind, if you inform me about the future progress. Maybe next week I can repair my testsystem and install 12.70.

King regards

Peter

@peterw we managed to make it work properly;

The Settings.ini to edit is for the end user profile (which makes use of the IE Plugin)

I was putting it in the QVS Settingins. That's why it didn't work;

Qlik support helped me;
