Applications looses its license key sometimes

hi,

I have batch files scheduled in the server though scheduled task. At times my batch file get stuck wherein the Qv asks for license to goahead,

even though license is present in our server.At the same time, there are many Qv applications running without any issues, only few applications

sometimes throws error.May i know what causes it? n how to solve this ,because of this batches which are scheduled ahead also gets stuck.

I thing we resolved this.There was som poxy issue on server so that it's happened.
