I have two fields like 

Order Quantity and Net price Net price in Decimal so I want to include Decimals also. If I use Round Or Floor or Ciel I will miss or Get More Spend.

I'm working on one logic. 

 As u can see in the above pic, 

The third column shows values in orange color. 

The logic is 

If(DailyReportDim=[Orders Category] and $(vDailyReportValues%) < if(DailyReportDim=[Orders Category], [Threshold Start])  & '%', 'red', 

If(DailyReportDim=[Orders Category] and $(vDailyReportValues%) > if(DailyReportDim=[Orders Category], [Threshold End] & '%', 'green', 'orange'

)) 

But it is giving only orange color . Executing only the else condition. 

Can anyone check this out

And come up with a proper logic

I have a filter that I formatted as a button group.  Filtering my data works fine, except I can't unselect a filter item.  Is there a way to add another option called "All" that will deselect all filters and show all data?  I have tried adding a separate button to clear the filter, but that doesn't work.  Also, I only want to clear that button group and not the whole sheet.

We are using AWS Aurora PostgreSQL as our source and have incorporated source_lookup into the task to enhance the table structure. However, its performance is not as expected. The table on which the source lookup is configured has 600K records, and the lookup table also contains 600K records. Out target is S3.

source lookup condition: source_lookup('NO_CACHING','public','custacct','cust_acct_bs_nbr','cust_acct_id=?',$cust_acct_shipto)

It seems the processing speed is around 10K per 5mins. You can check the same on the attached screenshot.

When we tested the same configuration with an AS400 DB2 source, the performance was markedly better. IT was around 1000 rows per second.

Getting error 'ValueCategoryGlobal' and 'ProcessTypeGlobal' not found. Though these fields are present in residents tables Valuecategory and ProcessType respectively.

I am expecting Fields Value, ValueCategoryGlobal and ProcessTypeGlobal in temp table. But only field coming is Value.

I'm having trouble trying to parse a XML SOAP response in Qlik, using the REST connector and hoping someone could help me out.

I'm not very experienced in the subject, but I've managed to get the response. The problem is that it comes in a single field and I don't know how parse it as a table.

1. I've set the body and header in the REST connector, and added the wsdl as the URL request. If I click "test connection" it says "succeeded".

2. If I click on the "select data" button in the connector, it opens the preview table, but it automatically is read as a CSV. If I change the option to XML, only the headers will show in the preview (no data is retrieved), while the CSV will show the actual response data encapsulated in a single cell.

(if I hover the value I see the same response I get in postman, which is correct)

(XML doesn't return values, but only these columns)

How can I display this response as table in Qlik?

PS: I've noticed the response I get carries "&lt;" and "&gt;" which I found out to be the "<>" chars. Not sure if it's relevant.

It seems to me that even at the present moment (May 2024) there is no AI model specifically trained to write Qlik script code, using the best of todays AI technology.

Of all the (limited) test I did, ChatGPT 3-5/4.0 seems to have some capabilities. Late edit: with GPT-4o from OpenAI just launched yesterday, things might have improved even more on OpenAI side.

From the open source AI models, Google Gemini or LLama2 & 3 (even Code versions) are kind of really bad in Qlik scripting. While the chinese QWEN78b showed some promising signs last week.

Do you have any experience to share on that matter ?
Any AI model to recommend ?
Are you willing to cooperate to fine tune an AI model for Qlik Scripting ?
Any suggestions on the best path to take ?
