Hi,

I have to colour the bars of chart in colour Green (for consumption  less than 850)and the rest of colour of same bar in red (for consumption more than 850).

So for "03 Tankroom" , bar should be both in green(for <=850) and red(1911-850) color. and other two bars should be in Green color.

Could some one let me know how to achieve this?

Par exemple :

On a un filtre ANNEE contenant 6 valeurs d'années, si on applique le filtre sur 3 années (2019, 2020 et 2021) - ( cf. ANNEE.PNG) au lieu d'avoir le nombre de sélections faites au niveau de l'entête de la feuille (cf. FILTRE_ANNEE.PNG) avoir plutôt le contenu exacte des sélections qui ont été faites comme ça se fait sur Qlikview (cf. QV_FILTRE.PNG) et avoir également la possibilité d'appliquer des couleurs selon les dimensions du filtre.

I am trying to find a listing of all Named CAL QVW authorization assignments. This would be similar to how we can find the list of each document CAL QVW authorization from the CalData.pgo file (CalData/PerDocumentCalData/PerDocumentCalData). I would like to obtain similar per-document authorization data for the Named CALs and cannot find how to do so.

We have a variety of named user CALs assigned. We use DMS authorization. Some Named CALs are assigned to usernames that are available in a configured QMC directory. Other named CALs are assigned to external usernames that are connected to the Access Point via external SSO.

I know that I can obtain a simple list of the current Named CALs with CalData/NamedCalsAllocated/CalAllocEntry. However, I cannot find a way to query what documents those named CALs are assigned to. I highly suspect that this information is available somewhere because I can find it on the QMC. In the QMC, if I go to the Users tab and search for a given named User, the resulting Documents list will show me all of the documents which that named CAL is authorized. I am essentially trying to obtain this same output from the server files themselves.

The reason I am looking for an external server data source is because I can only query the QMC for users that exist in one of my directories. For external SSO users, they do not appear in the QMC because it can only search by QMC connected directories.

I have a doubt regarding creating filter conditions for a column, in the attached image I have used two filter condition, I'm having a requirement were I want to use more number of filters that maybe in thousands(using python API QEM) , is it possible or can I know whats the maximum number of filters I can use.

Hi.

I'm hoping someone can suggest what may be going wrong with our Qlikview QMC tasks.

Back in March, we noticed that the tasks to reload our QVWs started to fail from time-to-time. The only change to anything prior to these failures was the databases were moved to a new server. The ODBC connections were changed (and successfully tested).

The tasks always fail with a Timeout error. Mostly on trying to save the qvw. The reloads are like this:

1. Reloads a qvw in a production processing folder.

2. Does a binary load of the qvws which are accessed on AccessPoint by the users.

No user has direct access to any of the qvws (so no locking issues that I can find). We have NPrinting, but the tasks run overnight and the issues we're experiencing with the QMC Tasks occur at all different times of the day.

Reloading the qvws manually on the server works every time. The qvws take around 6 minutes to load, the binary load is just seconds.

The CPU on the server gradually gets to 100% (the Qlikview Distribution Service is the culprit here - with sometimes 7 or 8 open when I look at Task Manager). I usually have no success trying to stop or restart the service at this point and usually end up rebooting the server.

The version is Qlikview 2018

There are 2 servers in a cluster

The qvw files are on a mapped drive held on a different server

Operating System: Windows Server 2019 Standard

Server1 has 11 CPUs

Server 2 has 7 CPUs

Reloads are limited to 4 at a time

I've tried several things:

1. Changed the timeout limit to 1 hour (it was on 6 hours)

2. Changed the reload tasks to load every 2 hours (it was 30 mins)

3. Tested that the qv admin account has access to all relevant folders

4. Ensured that the Section Access includes the qv admin account

5. Added a wait after the main qvw reaload (30 seconds) on the offchance that this may help before the binary load is started.

The main problem is that this seems to be sporadic. A qvw will load fine all day and then fail several times (sometimes concurrently, other times it will run, fail, run, fail etc).

This is a sample of the log of one of the binary loads which failed earlier today (I removed the middle part of the log to just include the start and end parts). If anyone can suggest things to try, I would appreciate some help.
