Executing SSIS Package in Talend

Is there a way to convert SSIS package into Talend job?? If so, any links that can help me achieve this goal?

yes you can

try to run your ssis package with window CMD

exemple from microsoft documentation :

(dtexec /ISServer "\SSISDB\Project1Folder\Integration Services Project1\Package.dtsx" /Server "localhost")

if it works for you put your script in tSystem component
