Is it available to be hosted in private servers?

Hi,

It seems that the Pipeline Designer is only available through Talend Cloud online.

Can the Pipeline Designer be hosted on private servers in an air-gapped environment, with no access to the internet?

I'm afraid that this is not possible at the moment. Pipeline Designer is intended to be a web based batch/streaming integration tool. All Pipelines, once designed, can be run on Remote Engines which can be located anywhere. This allows for scenarios where data needs to be processed in particular locations (for example, Swiss banking rules) and for when data is only available from sources which are not publicly available. However, there does need to be a connection from the Remote Engine to Talend Cloud (not necessarily in the other direction). Feel free to submit this as a feature request though. This is a new product and will evolve.
