Unable to create run profile for Cloud Engine for Design

Hi,

We recently received NFR access for Talend Cloud and it does say we have access to use Pipelines and Cloud Engine for Design. However, I am unable to create a run profile for Cloud Engine for Design. It is needed to run a Pipeline for the Talend training modules.

When I select 'Run Profiles' there is no option to create a new run profile.
