What was the previous version ? Have you used the QPI tool to upgrade PostgresSQL ?

Check this post

Also, antivirus can interfere in the upgrade process. It´s recommended to temporary disable it  and enable antivirus after all installed and running.

Hi @Monta_ssir ,

I've maybe found issue so installer couldn't uninstall patch on your QS.

Try first manualy uninstalling patch in control panel (not QS IR just Patch), then run setup.exe as administrator and then run patcher as administrator. Thats the proper way of upgrading that works for me.

Here's log:
Calling custom action Qlik.QustomActions64!Qlik.QustomActions64.PatchCustomActions.UninstallPatch
Action 14:20:33 64 Checking if patch: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\QlikSenseEnterprisePatch is installed
