Qlik Sense Geo Analytics

We are currently using the free test version of geo analytics, and i am attempting to create a map drill down from country to state, county and city. It appears that in the map there are portions that are not populated with anything and are just grayed out in the map. But this is happening in places where i KNOW there is data, such as the city our college is in. Has anyone come across anything like this?

Hi,

Not really sure of what you mean "grayed out". County names, in the US, are not unique so you you can add state as well to get better result. Check out this app, DrillDownUSZip_ex.qvf. Download it and modify it to your needs if you´d like.
