refreshing data

Hi

I want to refresh the data from qlik sense edit expression every day.

something like :

if(MasterDay> today's date) then refresh.

this is very wrong syntax but this is my logic. Also, i was searching if i can refresh every 5-10 mins or seconds. is it possible from edit expression not from data load?
