Hello Qlik Users!

Today is a very exciting day!

The search engine on the Qlik Support Portal will be upgraded today to a new unified search engine. With the upgrade, you will still be able to search multiple platforms including the Knowledge Base, Community posts, YouTube, Ideas and Qlik Help.


The Ideas section is a new addition to the search and will show results from the Ideas Board in Qlik Community matching your search term. You will no longer need to search a separate board to see if the idea exists – you will be able to find out during your initial search!

In the coming weeks, Qlik Community will be updated with the same search engine followed by Qlik Help during Q1 of 2021. With these upgrades, we hope to enhance your experience with a unified search across all our platforms. We will keep you updated on the progress for those platforms.

With today’s upgrade of the Support Portal, you may experience intermittent search issues. Please let us know of any issues you encounter or any feedback using the comments below.
