Hi,
I have noticed this week changes to contributor rankings with some Users disappearing at the beginning of the week only to reappear later.
Is there some maintenance/tidy up taking place within Qlik Community ?
Are there inactive users being removed - if so, what happens to their posts ?

Hi Sara,
I have attached a word document where first two images are sreenshots of what I see in my home page; as you can see what I see is not correct (according to me), and the differences in ranking exist for any contributor.
The third image is taken clicking on my ranking (right top of the screen) and then selecting Ranking. Even here I see differences between ranks.

The reason I raised this was that I saw a lot of jumping around of rankings on the Qlik Community Home page in the past 2 weeks.
At one point I suddenly jumped up to 64th from 90th. I have also seen contributors on similar points to me not appear on My Rank option of the Top Contributors list. This includes yourself ( I might add that you have returned to the list in the past few days )
For example, currently I can see Matthew Crowther is missing from the my 'My Rank' list on the Home page, even though only a few points separate us.
I had assumed it was housekeeping but was concerned that it reflected the removal of posts.

Between the first two screenshots, how much time had elapsed, and had you refreshed the page inbetween taking screenshots?
Is the 3rd screenshot the newest?
When did you take all these screenshots?
I currently see, on your personal reputation page in your profile (http://community.qlik.com/reputation.jspa?username=Alexandros17&viewID=leaders), 5390 points up top and 5319 below in the ranking list.
In general, it does seem like something fishy is going on. I will let you know as soon as I find out what is going on.

EDIT: By the way, I realized in screenshot two, you were intentionally hovering over a different user's name (Anand's). I thought you were getting different results from the same page on your points and ranking values, which prompted my asking the questions above. Thank you again for your feedback!

a few seconds after the first page, the new page was brand new (refreshed)

I have two questions regarding the below image (captured just now from my ranking page)
1) why my points are 7855 and 7574 at the same time?
2) why there are some missing positions (21 and 22)?

unfortunately this problem is still unresolved ... I mailed Sara Leslie about this, still waiting for a solution!
Was the announced outage on 4/15 supposed to resolve this ?
I don't know ... however it was yesterday and today the problem is still on!

That outage was a planned Jive maintenance event. We are still working on the points / rankings issue, but we will certainly let you know when it is fixed (though I wager to guess that you will let us know first! )

Just having a little test, some of the numbers match up, but it seems that if you have had activity ?today? the numbers are off.
I also noticed a little while ago that if one of my comments waiting for moderation, normally due to posting URLs, my points for posting whilst waiting sometimes didn't come through, even after the moderated post was OK'd..
