Hi,

i've got the same Problem.

The first of June i 'll change the Company and will get new E-MailAdress.

Why is it still not possible to change the E-Mail in my Profile?

Hello Adrian!

We often get this question. Users are unable to update their email addresses within their profiles, but Customer Support can assist. When you are ready to change your email address contact Customer Support via the Support Portal or Live Chat. Provide your username or current email and the new email address. From there Customer Support will make the necessary updates.
