As we have many many apps, there is a server going to be decommissioned. I found the related data connection name.
How I can search across all apps if that Data Connection been used?
Thanks in advance.

I am trying to create a pivot table that shows "Current Sales" and "Previous Month Sales" for each "month year"
Data:
SalesDate | Product | Amount |
10/1/2023 | Chair | 50 |
15/1/2023 | Fan | 100 |
24/2/2023 | Chair | 82 |
23/2/2023 | Fan | 72 |
14/3/2023 | Chair | 132 |
13/3/2023 | Fan | 56 |
10/1/2024 | Chair | 50 |
15/1/2024 | Fan | 100 |
24/2/2024 | Chair | 82 |
23/2/2024 | Fan | 72 |
14/3/2024 | Chair | 132 |
13/3/2024 | Fan | 56 |
Expected outcome in Pivot Table
Product | Jan-23 | Feb-23 | Mar-23 | Jan-24 | Feb-24 | Mar-24
Current Month | Previous Month | Current Month | Previous Month | Current Month | Previous Month | Current Month | Previous Month | Current Month | Previous Month | Current Month | Previous Month
Chair | 50 | 0 | 82 | 50 | 132 | 82 | 50 | 0 | 82 | 50 | 132 | 82 |
Fan | 100 | 0 | 72 | 100 | 56 | 72 | 100 | 0 | 72 | 100 | 56 | 72 |
Hope you can help me to solve this requirement 🙂
Thank you very much for your assistance!
Hi guys,
I just wanted to know the extent of Machine Learning, predictive analytics, different data analysis algorithms we can run or integrate with Qlik tool for a proposal we received from client. If anyone can help, TIA
I'm a one-man shop, building our DW, data models, datasets, with our reporting all in PBI. While a number of users rely on my reporting, either directly or via "Analyze in Excel," very few people are actually using PBI to create their own reports.
Recently, someone that joined the company spoke well regarding QlikSense, that it was easy for users to jump right in and build reports.
If you've had experience using QlikSense, I'd be curious to get your thoughts. Is it user-friendly? Is there a use case for having both Power BI and QlikSense? I find it hard to believe that the same user community that has not been motivated build PBI reports off of my pre-built datasets and flows, will begin using QlikSense to do so, but who knows?
I would appreciate any insight you have. TIA!
I know there are a ton of topics about it, but I'm the next to get this problem: the connection between office and nprinting does not work. It used to work on my old computer but fails there - even as I did install (and now reinstalled twice) office 2019 especially for that goal.
I don't get it working on my new computer with office 365, including trying the tips on this forum and two nPrintingDesigner versions.
Has anybody an idea what to try next? Or is there any help out there?
HI,
I installed QS server (February 24), During the installation I noticed that the computer name that appears automatically does not match the real hostname, I changed it in "Computer host name" field to the real hostname.
* The computer name that appeared initially is a "Doman Control" or the servers environment. (VMware server that devised for some computers)
* The installation is a single node environment
After installation I can't access to HUB or QMC ("This page cannot be reached"). All services was up
* hostname that present in certificate (mmc) does not match to real hostname (appears what was received automatically installation)
I tried to recreate the certificates like here- Did all the steps, but for no success
I ran this command:
"C:\Program Files\Qlik\Sense\Repository\Repository.exe" -bootstrap -iscentral -restorehostname
And the certificate generation failed, this error was received -
Fatal exception during bootstrap: Newly created client certificate not valid; root certificate can't sign new certificates;
What else can be done to make it work? I don't know what is the exact problem
Does the computer name have to be the same as the certification?
Thanks
