I have two fields like 

Order Quantity and Net price Net price in Decimal so I want to include Decimals also. If I use Round Or Floor or Ciel I will miss or Get More Spend.

Could someone help me rectify the error in following script(Attached screenshot).

Getting error 'ValueCategoryGlobal' and 'ProcessTypeGlobal' not found. Though these fields are present in residents tables Valuecategory and ProcessType respectively.

I am expecting Fields Value, ValueCategoryGlobal and ProcessTypeGlobal in temp table. But only field coming is Value.

What is the best way to filter out rows in the Qliksense table. e.g. I need to have data only for active employees. In qlikview, we can create a dummy measure (sum({<active={'Y'}>}1)) and we can hide this dummy column. This works in qlikview. But Qliksense, If we hide the dummy measure, corresponding filter also vanishes.

Please tell me how can we restrict/filter rows in Qliksense table.

Note: I have only dimensions in the table and no extra columns should appear in the dashboard.

We are migrating the server from RHEL 7 to RHEL 8. 
We have a PostgreSQL target. 
 
From new box, RHEL 8, we are able to connect via command line to PostgreSQL but while trying to test connection from the Qlik UI, we are getting the below error:
 

Cannot connect to ODBC provider
RetCode: SQL_ERROR SqlState: 01000 NativeError: 0 Message: [unixODBC][Driver Manager]Can't open lib 'PostgreSQL' : file not found

Below is the o/p of site_arep_login.sh and /etc/odbcinst.ini. With same settings, it was connecting in RHEL 7.

Hello Qlik Community,

In testing the latest version of Qlik NPrinting : February 2024 SR1 (does not appear yet in product labels) , I tumbled on an issue.

For the tasks (even for those which already send email) in the email configuration, the destinations emails don't retain.

After looking around, I've noticed the same issue with the Settings\Task options under Notifications.

I've noticed also this info bubble:

Which stays active even though the System URLs have been configured.

The Email settings are configured and work to send test email, even for the task which were already configured before the update (although they don't show their value in console).

Now changing the email causes no change in "Cancel" / "Update" buttons, they stay greyed out as if there was no modifications. And modifying other elements like the Body of an email, or ticking another option, often un-grey only the Cancel button but not the update.

I've also tried to restart the services in vain.

Does someone has a clue of what is happening ? It seems that the link between the task and email form the previous version still works, but somehow is not available anymore. Can someone help me find the missing link ? 

I searched far and wide but found nothing. I know how most people feel about Qlik, but what about using it for embedded analytics? I'm interested in:

- how easy it is to embed (into an app, I need a real-time dashboard)

- what the UX is like for the end-user - does it load quickly, play well with the rest of the app, glitch out, etc.

- how much it costs and how it's priced (consumption-based per query, flat fee, etc.)

- how it compares to similar embedded intelligence apps, e.g. ThoughtSpot
