My company is a partner company. I joined the company in October but still I cant log in on a partner account.
I have a trial account but it is wrong my first name and surname is switched.
Can you please help me get the partner account I need so I can work?

It seems your profile is not linked to your Business account hence, you are unable to access the Partner Portal.
Could you please create a Customer Support case from HERE
Please provide all the details such as email address, correct account name or your colleague email address who is already having an access to Partner Portal.
