Nprinting Could not abort the Request
Hi, Community
I have difficulties to abort the running job for more than 10 days. And now my Nprinting Engine is offline. Try to restart all the service a few times, still could not bring up the Engine. Is there anyone have the similar issue here?
Thanks a lot

If your engine is offline, that is what you first need to address.

- NP Engine Certificates and Resolving NP Engine Offline, Scheduler will not start issues
Once the engine is online again, you should be able to abort your tasks.
Kind regards...

@hong1 there can be many many causes of this behavior. Personally I would start by doing a full restart of the NPrinting server itself (not just the services) and see if that clears these.
Have a look at this KB we have:
It has a whole list of items that need to be checked if this continues to happen.
Please update the post with how its going later, thanks!
