License Metrics & Professional / Analyzer model from Signed License Key

The license metrics for QlikView appear to be updated and when I read about using Qlik Licensing Service with a Signed License key it indicates that with a Qlik Sense Professional Analyzer model license I can acquire QlikView by investing in a QlikView Server license.

1. Is this true?

2. Is it a QlikView Enterprise Edition Server or can a client request SMB?

This is covered pretty well in the following Help link, not sure if that is where you got your info or not, but I did not want to assume anything, so be sure to review this:

That being said, you must use the same Signed License for both environments in order to run both QlikView and Qlik Sense off the same signed license.  The purpose of this is really for folks running QlikView to be able to start using Sense as well and migrate things as they can etc.

Regarding Enterprise/Small Business Edition, this is going to be determined by the Signed License.   Almost forgot to mention too, you must be running QlikView 12.40 or higher, the earlier 12.xx tracks do not support this feature.

Brett

Thank you for the reply.  Useful and I agree.

My question remains however.  In the unusual situation where a Qlik Sense client wants to use QlikView; are they able to purchase a QlikView Server license and then unified licensing would allow the Qlik Sense Professional and Analyzer to access the newly purchased QlikView server?
