Problem with DynamicUpdate on server. Version 9 SR3

I have built a VB.Net application that picks up Excel docs and updates a QV application with data using DynamicUpdateCommand().

It worked like a charm until I tried using QVS and Plugin. Now I get strange error messages in Windows Event Viewer.

Complaining that the Resource HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\QlikTech\QlikOcx\Settings 7\InterfaceLanguage doesn't exist.

Any clue what it means?

Strangely enough it used to worked on Version 9 SR1...

Running on Windows XP, build 9.0.7440.8

I have seen a lot of makro implementation of DynamicUpdate but none running an external program.
