Accented Character not displaying correctly

Hi There

I am producing a report for out Italian operation but accented o is not being displayed correctly - all I get is a square?

I've tried a variety of fonts with no luck.

When I export to Excel the character displays correctly.

Please can someone advise?

When we had this problem in the past, it was because the language pack wasn't installed on Windows.  Maybe you want to check into that...
