Alerts With User Group

I have setup some Data Alerts in the App. I can add mail recipients email addresses in the "Mail Recipients" but how can I add a User Group in this section instead of an email address.

You can't. Qlikview can only send emails to valid email addresses. User Groups are not email addresses.

So how can we send data alerts to a user group

Create an email address for the group and send the mail to that address. Your mail server needs to be smart enough to forward emails that arrive with that email address to the email addresses of the users that should receive that mail.
