Can you export data out of Qlikview into a powerpoint or excel?

    Hi,

i have created a qlikview dashboard and the end user wants to be able to extract data and charts out of the tool and put them in a powerpoint. Can this be done or is it a screen clipping job?

Thanks

Laura

Almost any object can be Right Clicked on and there is an option to export to excel. If you want an image just Right Click and select Copy to Clipboard, Image

Laura - As marcsliving mentioned, you can right click on the object and export to Excel. Also, you can copy to clipboard as image, value and object. If you want, you can to export the charts to Powerpoint. If you drag & drop them..then you can see the data changing when you reload. However, I would recommend exporting them as image in Powerpoint. I am attaching a QV document with VB Script to export to PPT.

I hope you this helps!
