Cannot del user!!!

Somebody help me to delete user from unknow qvw file

This user is wrong add to qvw file.

But i cannot delete it when i apply to delete this user will show like below.

There are not user given access to both application.

Pls Check Document > select Application(which application has been given acess) > Document CALs >

Clear below image mark

Hi,

Goto documents--> User documents--> Select the application--> Document Cals--> assigned user --> and delete that user and Distribute the application again--> restart the qvs.

Thank you bika_2010, but when i find out user in both application , there are nothing.
