Date of Next Service Release

Hi,

We have a patch that we got after SR 12 and we are looking for the release date for SR 13.  We only installed in Dev and now we are seeing the same issue in Prod, but we would like to know if we're going to patch and then turn around and do the SR in two weeks.  Paperwork and scheduling.

SR12 was released in June and from Qlik:

QlikView Service Releases are made available on average, every 2 to 4 months. This time period may vary and the time period between Service Releases will increase as a major version approaches end of life.

Thanks for the quick response! I thought that I saw something saying that Qlik would be setting a standard interval on them.
