This should be a simple question - is it possible to throttle the Desktop client to a max number of CPUs like you can throttle the server?
We want to use the client to perform some reasonably heavy reloads for analysing a lot of bulk data (data cleaning exercise). The server we've got might be a shared environment and we don't want to hog the ALL CPU resources while we're doing lots of ad-hoc model reloads in our development work.
