Determine the color of a specific unit tick in Slider object

Hi,

Is there any way to change the color of a specific unit tick?

1. E.g., if the thumb tack of the slider is on 20%, I would like the color of its unit tick will be red, whilst all the other unit ticks will be black (see attached image)

That's not possible afaik. All the tick lines will have the same color.
