Duplicate keys are created while loading input fields?

hi friends

i have table luike below:

Inputfield userqty;

Inv:

load ItemID,

       ConfigID,

       InventoryQty,

       1 as userqty from Inv.Qvd;

i am getting the error like Duplicate keys are created while loading input field.

please help me out
