Expression help please

Hi,

I have a bar chart that is doing exactly what I want, with the exception of one thing. I need to make the bars add up to 100%. The way to do this is to exclude data IF the LCL column ('Lower_value' in the script) = '0'. That should be simple enough, but I can't seem to make an expression work.
