Expression help please.

I have the file attached and QVW.

I want to show the phase which has Yes based on the latest Phaseno.

Ex: Prj - 151 should show Const and Prj - 152 should show Due.

How can I do this ?

FirstSortedValue({<YesNo = {'Yes'}>} Phase, -PhaseNo)
