Expression with LED and Text

Need, in an expression, put an LED indicating whether it is green, yellow or red, but I need to put a text beside, in the same expression, it is possible to do this?

But i have a dynamic table with multiple led's... i need to do this in a table...

Hi,

May be you can add one more column with text expression after the led expression column. If you want the border between these to be hidden, try using custom cell format.

You would need to have 2 expressions and have one expression displaying as a traffic light.
