Forced Minimized Chart

Hello community,

I have a straight table we use only to export chart details to excel.  I need to change the table properties so it will remain minimized and users will not be able to expand it, instead they will be forced to export to excel.  Any ideas on how to achieve this?

I don't think that's possible then minimizing is enabled and you need to give the user access to the object and if they do a double left click instead of a right click the object will be restored. If your users use the desktop client or the IE plugin you could use a button with an export-macro.

Thank you for the reply Marcus.  That is what I was thinking, it is not possible to keep the object minimized.  I will check at the export-macro option and will let you know if that works for us.
