Google Analytics - how do i extract data

Hi

I have successfully link the Google  Analytics Connector to a website i want to analyse.  However, which tables (see screenshot below) do i use to extract my data?

The data that i am looking for is as follows

• New Visitors
• Returning visitors
• Average Session Time
• Bounce Rate

I am looking for data for the last 6 Months.
