Highlight selected button

I have created a few filter buttons which reflect different ranges for a Budget field, ie 1 - 5000 , 5001-10000 and so on.  When clicking the button the functionality works fine but i was wondering if there was a way to highlight the button that had been selected.  Currently my buttons are blue and i was looking to make the one selected green or something.

You can set a variable as a button action and set the button colors according to your variables (or use the ranges selected also to determine the button color, if possible).
