InYeartoDate - First Month of Year not working?

Hi All,

I dont seem to be getting the expected results from what I thought was a simple requirement.

I'm after various YTD to QTD reports that mean I need to use the InYeartoDate and InQuartertoDate functions within my expressions. The user will input a start month for the Year and I need to get the results below from the data on the left.

Any help appreciated.
