Without making the expression to complicated, how can I make a line graph as percentages by date?

For example,

3/25

Blue - (7/16) 44%

Red - (7/16) 44%

Green - (2/16) 12%

3/26

Blue - (8/16) 50%

Red - (4/16) 25%

Green - (4/16) 25%
