Linked Cyclic Groups

Hi

My first post, so hopefully in the right forum.

I am trying to find out how to link two cyclic groups.

An example will probably help: I have a straight table which has cost and revenue columns which are cycled through Actual and Budget. Here's the problem...it is currently possible to select Actual Revenue and Budget Cost, which I want to avoid in this case. Ideally when Actual is selected in Cost then Actual is also selected in Revenue.

Any suggestions will be gratefully received.

Thanks

Simon

Actual and Revenue are separate tables? In what way are these linked?

They're in different tables and linked by the model set ID... i.e. a model for actual and a model for budget.

Actual Revenue and Budget Cost can seperately be choosen . . .

If the Actual Revenue should be selected in both tables maybe you should consider combining the two tables to one table?

Could you give a sample of the loaded tables as you have them now? Maybe I can show you what I mean with your tables.

Just wanted to say thanks for engaging...I have solved this using a pivot report.
