How can we set top 5 values in list box?

Use an expression in your list box (select <Expression> from the field list drop down in general tab of list box properties), something like

=aggr(if(rank(sum(SALES)<=5, SALESREP), SALESREP)

To get Top 5 customers in revenue wise.

=aggr(if(rank(sum(Revenue))<=5 Customer),Customer)
