Not able to Access documents using Access Point. Please refer below screenshot

Not able to Access documents using Access Point. Please refer below screenshot.

And also not sure why below 3 servers are not running.

How to Change QVS@ from local to service account?

Hi All,

Issue has been resolved by following attached documents.

So basically Installed all the components mentioned in document QlikView Installation on IIS8 (http://community.qlik.com/servlet/JiveServlet/previewBody/5922-102-1-7164/QlikView%20Installation%20...) and followed document QlikView Server Installation Guide (!http://community.qlik.com/docs/DOC-5291) for QlikView Installation and Setup.

and for QlikView IIS (Under Application Pools) identity I set to my service account.  Now Access-point is opening but still 2 Services (QDS and DSC) are not running when I Check in QVMC but when I check from services there 2 servers are up and running.

Open QVMN -->Status-->Services (DSC-->Status Disconnected, QDS-->Status Disconnected).

What needs to do so that they should get connected
